Mr. Romero hit a homerun with this Amazing gem! Trust me this is no hidden gem; it’s out there for all to immerse and adore. Set in a very different location to its predecessor, this second movie in the dead series of Romero’s has been modernized to a mall with those friendly, flesh-eating bags of bones following. Of course this movie to me had a lot more on character description and more focus on social decline than we saw in Night of the Living Dead. Surrounded by zombies ready to rip at your flesh and not knowing if any help will come; even grabbing cash from a bank inside the mall leads the characters to believe there is still a need for money. Chester’s mind was made up the first time he watched this movie and even now over 30 times later... this movie is not just cool, it’s SUPER COOL! Buy this movie! You will NOT REGRET IT!
